Steps to Selling Your Mobile Home
Step 1 – Determine the Home’s Value
The home’s age, condition, location and presentation will help you determine how much your home is worth in today’s housing market.

Step 2 – Consider Your Options – Sell to Buyers or Wholesalers
Most banks are hesitant to finance mobile/manufactured homes. Because we deal with mobile homes ONLY, we are knowledgeable in the requirements of banks to approve loans to buyers.

If you do choose to sell the home through us, we will pre-qualify interested parties to eliminate unqualified lookers. And best of all, there are no seller costs – everything is handled at settlement.
Step 3 – List your home - You will need to advertise your home
What are the amenities, lot rents and pet regulations in your community? Be sure your home is HUD compliant according to the Federal National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974 (known as the HUD code).

Step 4 – Park Approval
In addition to getting qualified shoppers for your home, you need to be aware of any Park requirements for new tenants. You will have to ensure that your prospective buyer meets the park’s regulations before a sale can commence. We will assist with this process by pre-qualifying the interested party before you’ve spent your time cleaning and getting ready for showings.

Step 5 – Closing and Settlement
