Q:If Mobile Home Financing and Sales doesn't charge commission, how do we make a profit from our listings?

A:We put our commission on top of your asking price. That way, you get what you want for your home! You don't pay a cent to us!

 

Q:Why is listing with Mobile Home Financing and Sales better than listing with a realtor?
A:
  

1.) We don't charge you a percentage of the asking price of your home. Realtors normally charge 5-6% for listing and selling your home, and split that between the seller's agent and the buyer's agent. So if you have a home that's listed for $70,000, that's up to $4,200 in realtor's fees, which is higher than what we make off a listing - and that money isn't even coming from you! The fees would be much smaller if you only listed your home for, say, $15,000, but realtors make such a small commission, they feel it's not worth it and put their other listings first and your home will sit on the market, or they won't list your home at all.
 
2.) Many realtors find it unethical to be both the listing agent and the selling agent of your home. Because of this, if a realtor lists your home, they won't be working to sell it. They'll let it sit on the market and wait for a buyer's agent to find.

3.) We know the field, since mobile homes are the ONLY thing we deal with.

4.) Very few banks will finance a manufactured home. Since we only do mobiles, we know all the banks that WILL finance them. We deal with several banks with low interest rates and longer terms if needed, to keep your payments low. Having trouble finding financing for your buyers because you own an older home?
